EXPLORING SUBCONSCIOUSNESS

The NSS Unit no 77 of St Mary's College Bela conducted the event "Exploring the Subconscious Mentalism with Hypnotism" on January 15 2026 at College Auditorium .The session was inaugurated by Vice Principal Mr. Vincent D'Souza, who emphasized the importance of mental wellness and NSS values. Mr. Muheez, the resource person, led the interactive session, covering topics such as the power of the

subconscious mind and demonstrating basic hypnotism techniques. The event was attended by NSS volunteers, the NSS coordinator, and college staff. The activity aimed to

enhance awareness of self-regulation, stress management, and positive thinking among participants. The event provided valuable insights into the subconscious mind and its potential. Participants engaged actively, sharing their experiences and learning from the demonstration. The session concluded with a sense of renewed focus on mental well-being and self-awareness.
