International Yoga DAY

On occasion of International Yoga Day the NSS unit 77 of St. Mary's College, Bela , Kasaragod observed International Yoga Day at its auditorium on 22nd June,2026, Monday.

The event commenced with the warm welcome address by NSS volunteer Ms.Faseela ,who introduced the resource person,Ms. Kala Kasaragod to the gathering. Following the welcome,the Principal of the College Rev.Dr.Rocky Ravi Fernandes delivered a insightful talk, highlighting the significance of Yoga .Resource person Ms Kala Kasaragod instructed the students with some yoga postures and explained the benefits of yoga for their overall development.NSS program officer Mrs. Sharmila , Co-Program officers Mrs.Anitha D'Souza, Mrs. Akshatha K, NSS leader Mr.Abdul Aziz were present on this occasion. NSS volunteers Mr.Bazil delivered vote of thanks.
