The NSS Unit of St Mary’s College Bela organized ‘blood donation camp’ in association with Indian Red Cross Society Blood Bank Govt. Lady Goschen Hospital Mangaluru at its campus on 1st March 2023. By donating blood for noble cause Rev. Fr.Anil Avild Lobo, the principal of thecollege inaugurated the blood donation camp. Mr. Praveen Kumar, the district coordinator Indian Red Cross Society Blood Bank Govt. Lady Goschen Hospital Mangaluru was the chief guest forthe event, who in his speech enlightened the students about the importance of blood donation and gave awareness about the various aspects of donating blood. NSS Programme OfficerMr.Ravindra Pai and the NSS Volunteers toiled hard for organizing the camp. Totally 71studentvolunteers and the people of the locality donated blood and joined their hand in organizing the noble event successfully. Ms. Shana compered the whole event and Mr. Sinan delivered vote of thanks.
